NPSMA Board Meeting and Workshop in Nashville, TN June 2009

The Quarterly Workshop focused on preliminary evaluation of data from various employer surveys, update on NSF progress on publishing guidelines for funding proposals from the stimulus package, discussion on a PSM peer review process, modeling of program costs for new programs, program branding and marketing, discussions with local employer representative and feedback from an alumni/student panel.

The NPSMA board discussed its strategy plan to fulfill its various short- and long-term goals. We encourage all our alumni, enrolled students, board members, and faculty to become members in the National PSM Association to forge a strong entity in our efforts to support the PSM graduate degrees and assist in establishing these degrees as a graduate degree-of-choice. Please visit the NPSMA web site  and sign up under: "Membership".
